We invite you to join us at the Global Symposium on Standardization in FoodTech 2025.
As the functions and forms
of food diversify and technological
convergence accelerates,
establishing a scientific and trustworthy
system of standards has become more
important than ever.
In particular, the advent of the era of
customized foods—designed and provided
according to individual health conditions,
lifestyles, or genetic characteristics—
calls for a new role of national standards.
Against this backdrop,
the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Food Research
Institute will host the Global Symposium
on Standardization in FoodTech 2025
on Friday, October 31,
at the COEX Conference Room
(Room 401), 4th floor, Seoul.
