Now is the perfect time to discuss the future direction of Korea’s industrial standards in the food tech sector.
In light of this, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs, along with the Korea Food Research Institute,
will host the Global Symposium on Standardization in FoodTech 2024
on Thursday, November 21st, at the COEX Conference Room (Room 401), 4th floor.
This symposium will introduce Korea’s industrial standards
and cover international case studies and technological trends in key areas,
such as plant-based alternative foods, 3D food printing technology, and upcycled foods.
We’ll explore the role national standards play in advancing food tech
and discuss specific strategies to strengthen national competitiveness through standardization.
